- Please ensure you have suitable software, device storage, and internet access to download/open the files or access the virtual product (e.g., PDFs, ZIP files, spreadsheets, video streams, member portals).

Licensing & Permitted Use
- Purchases are for personal or single-business use by the purchaser unless otherwise stated.
- Redistribution, reselling, sharing, or repackaging any part of the content is not permitted.
- Copyright remains with Market to Shelf Masters or the respective rights holder.
Refunds & Returns (Digital Content)
Because digital files are instantly accessible, they can’t be “returned” in the traditional sense. Under UK law, your 14-day cooling-off period for digital content ends once download/streaming begins. For that reason:
- All sales are final once access has been provided.
- We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or compatibility issues that fall outside our stated technical requirements.
Our Commitment (Faulty or Misdescribed Content)
You’re protected if the product is faulty, corrupted, or not as described:
- We’ll first help you re-download or access the correct files.
- If the issue persists, we’ll repair/replace the digital content (e.g., supply a corrected file or alternative access).
- If we can’t fix the issue within a reasonable time, we’ll refund you.
Exceptional Circumstances
We’ll consider refunds where:
- Duplicate orders were placed in error.
- Billing errors occurred (e.g., charged incorrectly).
- Technical faults on our side prevented access and we can’t resolve them.
